Kettlebell Training For Fighters

At a recent seminar in Hong Kong I took students through a variety of movement and Kettlebell dills designed for fighters. 

The following video is an except from that seminar and shows a "Kettlebell Around The Body Pass" variation that develops rotational power for elbow strikes. This movement can be used by anyone to get stronger but it is a particularly powerful tool when conditioning people for combat sports.
